We collect the following personal information:

• Email address — collected when you create an account or sign in.
• Google account information — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google's authentication service.
• Subscription information — we collect data related to your subscription plan and billing status. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate you when you sign in
• Process and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, subscription receipts)
• Provide customer support

We do not use your email address for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Google Sign-In

Table Flow offers sign-in via Google OAuth. When you use this feature, Google shares your name and email with us solely for authentication purposes. We do not access any other Google account data. Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Table Flow offers paid subscription plans. Subscription transactions are processed by the app store platform you purchased through — Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. Your payment card details are handled directly by these platforms and are never received or stored by Table Flow.

To manage entitlements and subscription state across devices, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as a subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier, your purchase events (e.g. subscribed, renewed, cancelled, refunded), the product and price tier, transaction timestamps, country, and platform-issued receipt data. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, or payment card details. Their handling of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy.

We store only your subscription status and plan type within our own systems.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited data only with the following trusted service providers, strictly as necessary to operate Table Flow and under confidentiality obligations:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) — hosts your account, restaurant configuration, and order data on our behalf.
• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — process subscription payments.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — manages subscription entitlements and receives the purchase event data described in Section 4.

These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes (except where the platform itself, e.g. Google or Apple, separately collects data under its own privacy policy when you make a purchase).

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Table Flow is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
